Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship the following day unless the item is back ordered . Shipping is fulfilled by the United States Postal Service and we do not offer next day shipping. We currently only ship WhirliWick® products within the Continental United States.

Return Policy
We accept returns for any item within 30 days of receipt. Items must be either unused or in resalable condition. The customer will cover the shipping costs unless a mistake has been made by us. Please contact us before returning any items.

Product Warranty
We offer a 30-Day Warranty on all WhirliWick® candle toppers and candles. Void if the topper is disassembled, operated for periods longer than 4 hours, or flame is allowed to contact the topper.
