WHIRLIWICK candle toppers are heat-powered candle accessories proudly designed and built in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
WHIRLIWICK was created by Justin Schnabelrauch in an effort to find a new decoration for his wife’s candles. Using an engineering and product design background, Justin began developing the idea for animated candle toppers.
Early prototypes were constructed from recycled computer parts and fastened together using salvaged hardware. Countless experimental concepts have resulted in the most technologically advanced candle accessories available.
The first ever candle ornament, O’Christmas Tree, debuted for the holiday season of 2019. The limited production of the ornament makes them rare and beloved by those who own them.
